Hwa Rang Do’s Sport Venue is the most complete battleground for martial artists. In one tournament, you will often find all aspects of the martial arts on display: Open Hand Forms, Weapon Forms, Standup Striking/Throw/Submit Sparring, Submission Grappling, and Sword/Stick Fighting. Furthermore, within these categories there are multiple divisions, which when all combined create an event which is truly a decathlon of martial art competition!
