Branch Exam Report Processing

The following links are for Branch Location Instructors to process promotional exam reports and belt fees to the Hwa Rang Do World Headquarters via the Spark Membership system.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• You MUST process a separate exam report for EACH of your exams.  Do not combine exam dates & fees!
• Make sure that you select the proper link below for either ACADEMIES or CLUB locations below.  There are different processing fees per location type. (Academies split fees 50/50% with World HQ - Clubs that are independant of a sponsoring Academy have $100% of fees go to World HQ - Clubs that have a sponsoring Academy conduct their exams with the Academy and do not need to report as the Academy is responsible for processing all participants of those exams).
• Step #1 will be to process your fees by selecting the quantity of people that tested for each rank.
• Step #2 will be to fill out a form that has the names & belt ranks that the students tested for.
• Once your report has been fully submitted, an HQ staff member will update the ranks of your students, and then those students will be granted access to the next belt level within the Online University assuming their HRD Legacy Membership is in good standing.
