Registration for the 2025 World Championships is available to all students with currently active Color Belt or Black Sash HRD Legacy Memberships with the World Headquarters.

Access to the tournament registration link can be found within our new Online University within the "Upcoming Events For Members Only" section.

As many of you know, we have recently switched software providers for our Online University and HRD Legacy Membership management.  Thank you for your patience as we have undergone this process.  Please note that you or your child's belt ranks and Legacy Membership dates and status have been migrated over from the old system on hwarangdo.org to our new system at Spark Membership.

A current active Legacy Membership with our World Headquarters is required to access the content of the University and register for some special events.

Existing Students that were registered on the previous system from hwarangdo.org should have received an email with information for updating your credit cards to renew your membership if necessary. If you do not need to renew right now, your Name and Email address is all that is needed to connect to the new system so please do NOT purchase a new membership. You can choose to either click the University link below or download our new mobile app. See instructions below for details.

If you are a New Student that needs to purchase your HRD Color Belt Legacy Membership for the First Time Only please CLICK HERE TO PROCESS or do so through the app listed below. Please note, that we may need to update your belt rank to gain access to specific belt level videos, however, you will still be able to access the Tournament Registration links.

For new purchases, you will need your official HRD ID# provided to you by your training location. Your instructors generate these ID#s so please get this from them if you don't have it already.

With an active membership, please log into the University Here: https://hwarangdo.sparkuniversity.co (or via Spark Member app)

For existing students, please use your primary email address that was on file to access the University.  If you did not receive the original email or this is your first time accessing the site, please click the "forgot or need password" link on the login page above to update your credentials.  You will receive an email from the Spark system to update your password.  Our staff cannot update passwords for your security protection.  It can only be done via the system.  If you do not see the password reset email in your main inbox, please check your spam folder.

If you have multiple children or people in your household that are sharing the same primary email address, that is ok.  Once you are logged into the university or the app, you will see their name listed in the upper section of the main page, and you can select who you want to view as the interacting person.

A separate tournament registration is needed for EACH participant. Please click the special link found in the University for each person you need to register.

To access the University via our Free Student App, search the Apple or Android Play Store for the Spark Member app.

Once installed, For your Location ID# enter 6156

You can use your same email and password to access the app or web browser link mentioned above.  Once you have successfully logged in, you can also purchase Color Belt Legacy Memberships for First Time Members via the app, as well as register for special events.
