The sessions within this seminar are open to anyone who wishes to learn aspects of the most comprehensive martial art in existence no matter what experience you may have. Hwa Rang Do is divided in to four categories: Nae Gong (Internal Power), Wae Gong (External Power), Shin Gong (Mental Power), Moo Gi Gong (Weapon Power). During this seminar you will get to learn from the Founder, Supreme Grandmaster Dr. Joo Bang Lee and his best masters while tasting a flavor of all areas within this art of infinite possibilities.

Session I: 10:00-11:30am - Hwarang Kumsul: Sword Fighting (with Jukdo & armor if you have it)
Session II: 12:30-2:00pm - Point Sparring Tactics
Session III: 2:15-3:45pm - Joint Manipulation: Quick Submissions
Session IV: 4:00-5:30pm - Knife Defense

Saturday July 26, 2008
Session V: 10:00-11:30am - Effective Takedowns
Session VI: 12:30-2:00pm - Grappling Arm Locks
Session VII: 2:15-3:45pm - Grappling Leg Locks
Session VIII: 4:00-5:30pm - Ki Gong and Meditation Principles for general health

Seminar Fees
Each Individual Session - $35 for WHRDA members and $40 for non-members
All day Friday - $120 for WHRDA members and $150 for non-members
All day Saturday - $120 for WHRDA members and $150 for non-members
Both Friday and Saturday - $200 for WHRDA members and $250 for non-members
